Need help purchasing new front light for my Giant Explore E+2 2020.

please could someone help me decide as which would be the better light that would work with my bike.
I think my original light is 6v but i am not 100% as i cannot find the specs on the circuit.
the 2 lights i am looking at are

both these lights are 6v upwards. the Acid light has a Bosch connector on it which i was thinking i would cut off and connect my Yamaha plug to it.
the supernova has same wiring which is just a black and red wire but minus the Bosch plug.

Am I right in thinking the cube Acid will work if i cut off the plug as it can also work from 6v upwards.

any help would be appreciated.

M99 is a much more powerful light than the acid. However let me suggest you the lezyne macro 1000, an awesome light for the price, compatible with giant and very powerful

Exposure Fuse is perfect for a bright commuting light. Not Chinese either, British made. If you want proper off-road lighting for seeing where you're riding at speed unfortunately the Giant doesn't provide enough juice.
