My dream bike

I have spent hours in search of my dream bike. Without success.
I guess I will have to wait for the technology to improve.
Could anyone tell me if there is a way to built a bike from scratch, choosing the components ?
I am looking for an EMTB that would be polyvalent cause I will ride it mostly on asphalt roads.
With very steep climbing in the swiss alps.
Here are my favorite components :
- aluminium full suspension frame with possibility to block the suspension on asphalt roads;
- Hydrolic four pistons brakes;
- belt drive;
- silent motor (Fazua, TQ)
- silent gearbox ideally included with the motor (Revolute hub)
- fully suspended carrier;
- automatic adjustment of seat hight;
- 45km speed;
- minimum 50km battery autonomy in mountain areas;
- Schwalbe Johnny Watts tires;

my focus was on the delite or superdelite Riese & Müller, or Nicolai who provide belt drive hybrid bikes.
But they miss some of my requirements.
