Muc Off Jet wash

Hi

anyone had issues with the Muc off jet wash not powering on, I have checked plug fuse all
Ok, any ideas anyone?

First use or was it working last time?

If you've not used it before, some have a safety switch to prevent usage if water pressure adequate

I use it to put the muc off wash on all
Ok then changed the lance for the bike jet went to use it and no power.

not that problem but I had to contact customer support about mine and they were very helpful.
