MTB Monster - Excellent Service - New Shimano Motor

Have seen quite a few posts regarding slow turn around time for replacement shimano motors but I am very impressed with the turnaround from MTB Monster.

It took 10 days for me to get it to them in the post from Norway to UK, they then sent it on to Shimano the next day, 2 days later they had a new motor back in their shop and they used DHL express to get it back to me in Norway 2days later, I've now just got the call from DHL that they will deliver it later today.

What was wrong with your motor to get it fixed in the beginning?

gave the E010 / W013 errors - I have asked but shimano havent confirmed what was wrong - vthink they just sent out a new motor as soon as they recieved my defect one.

2 new years of motor warranty also, which is good

Yeah that’s nice to get another two year warranty, how many kms were on it?

it was either 2000 or 3000km , can remember which now
