MTB friendly hotels, Lake District area?

Anyone got any suggestions for places to stay for 3 that are MTb friendly? Safe / charging locations / near all the good stuff?

Anyone got any suggestions for places to stay for 3 that are MTb friendly? Safe / charging locations / near all the good stuff?

If you want to stay near Windermere then I have some spare mattresses which would be free for a short period … (Note I am not a hotel/B&B though so facilities are poor!!)

Garburn Pass is the closest trail, but I tend to go over to Grizedale most of the time. Although Helvellyn is not that far.

If you want to stay near Whinlatter then somewhere in Keswick to the north is probably better.

Props to Rob for cleaning the techy climb on Lonscale Fell at his 2nd attempt and to John for almost cleaning a full portion of Cow Pie at The George, no mean feat!!
