I have a 2022 Orbea Rise H30
I noticed that one of the 6 bolts attaching the motor to the frame was loose and would not tighten. I decided to investigate and could not tighten or remove the bolt. It pulls out a few millimetres but there seems to be something stopping it from fully extracting and as such I cannot drop out the motor.
There is a faint clicking type sound when I pull it outwards. It is the M8x26 drive side bolt which inserts through the mounting thingy and Im thinking it, or a washer or something, is stuck and preventing the bolt extracting.
I will need to drop the motor at some stage.
So, how would you go about extracting the bolt?
