Motobecane Bafang middrive integrated battery falls out

Bafang M600 mountain bike battery keeps falling out. Brand new bike has been happening since day one. Anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix? I can't ride the bike.

I just ordered a 24 model. On their website it says a simple battery adjustment may be needed, when I emailed them to clarify they said "there have been a few instances where the battery mounts were set a little too far back and need to be adjusted. It's just a matter of loosening two bolts and sliding the mount a little forward, it's very easy"
