Levo Gen 3 Models specs vs. price

Currently scratching my head on my next bike (for sure will be a Levo) , I did below summary of Gen3 carbon models with specs vs. Euro prices.

I went with the ‘22 expert. I felt it was best bang for the money as I don’t feel the need to upgrade components other than for personal preference (brakes, shorter stem, seat)…. I did change out the rear Roval wheel to a old Carbon wheel I had from the pre-boost days by using an adapter, the stiffer carbon rear wheel is noticeably better for my weight 95kg….

I guess it comes down to what you think you may do for upgrades vs what comes stock on a particular build.

Some great deals to be had on 22 bikes , not a great deal of difference in spec on the 23 bikes

I just bought a 22 Expert Levo from my old shop and got an amazing deal, too good to pass up with a 38 and X2. Absolutely love this bike, never been a Specialized fan but this bike is spot on.

Reading the exciting news on the new 48v brose system, and wondering if 2024 will bring gen4 Levo equiped with it, now the dilemma is get 22/23 gen 3 or wait for next year

Last year the Pro was right at my sweetspot, today I probably would go for a mustard Expert and upgrade the suspension, just because I don't like the colour of the 2023 Pro.

Just pulled the trigger on the Expert 23 harvest gold (mustard), I foresee no upgrade at this point, just a saddle swap for my aging bum (Ergon core prime) + invisiframe. The old GX AXS should work great and all parts will be interchangeable with the other bikes in the family. @smc_stefan wondering why upgrading from performance elite, it should work the same as the factory, I guess ?

The look of the factory parts is just but I also really like the carbon wheels, better brakes and the look of the matte redwood colour. Like I said, if I would be in the market for a Levo today, I'd go for a mustard Expert.
