Can you fit bikes inside without taking wheels off?View attachment 4619
New transit double cab automatic. Only mods so far are some racking, a 1000w inverter to charge the Levo and a power washer.
You can fit a few bikes diagonally with wheels on, but I take the front wheels off and fit them straight on using a bikeinside rack. I'll post some shots tomorrow. Can you fit bikes inside without taking wheels off?
My mates just paid £150+vat for some special lockAnd 16 seconds to get the doors open...
Saw my nieces one this weekend - looks very practical up to 6 people and room for bikes in the back.I looked at one of the new transit doublecabs the other day, but was told 16 week lead time for an auto with passenger seat rather than front bench.

Yup. Mines same spec plus tailgate and waited 16 weeks too. Definitely worth the wait. Even prefer it to the range rover I had previously ???I looked at one of the new transit doublecabs the other day, but was told 16 week lead time for an auto with passenger seat rather than front bench.

Standard length transit double cab I'd say you'd get 4 diagonally.Even with seats in the back?
The Kombi looks like the seats are removable. Are the three rear seats fixed or are they removable? If removable, is it a complete 3 seat bench or could you remove some of the seats?
It's a fixed 3 seat bench bolted down. Probably could be removed but definitely not designed to be removed regularly - I would guess it weighs a tonne? Are the three rear seats fixed or are they removable? If removable, is it a complete 3 seat bench or could you remove some of the seats?
Think you'd need to start from a Tourneo rather than a transit as they have lots of individual seats in the back, you'd just need to black out the rear windows.Shame I was hoping for a 1-2 split. I'd need to get a dog crate in the back that's too big for a 5 Series estate along with up to 3 bikes and people.
