I frequently ride with an ex Brechfa motorcycle enduro rider of many moons ago. Because of him and his local knowledge of the area and knowledge of the old enduro trails we have managed to recommission some of them and they are now part of the off piste trails.

I have a Levo too, don’t do anything too crazy and more than happy to show you round if you wish.

Sometimes end up in Pyle from the top of maesteg and then back up through margam park.

Hi Gareth you could leave your van up where I am living and go over to Afan, climb up to a trail called SideWinder then Dead Sheep Gulley then over to Widow Maker that drops down to Afan Argoed Country park, have you ever been there ? Then go up to a trail called The Wall. Depends if you want trails or forestry roads. I dont mind either.

Just starting to recover knee injury so would prefer forestry roads if that's ok .Don't mind any climbing but trying to lay off any fast twisty drop offs down single ? Can ride good few hours ?
