Misson Control App updating user profile sever error 71

Hi

Has anyone figured out how to update their profile on the mission control app. When I have tried it just gives me sever error 71. I have emailed their help desk but they don't seem to like to respond! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, yes I've had a reply from ridecare uk they have opened a ticket for the reported problem. No more info at present
