anyone ride a Commencal I just ordered the meta power 27 it was a hard choice with so many new bikes coming out
I’m hearing mixed feelings on the customer service but it’s the same with most brands hope I won’t need any

Did you go for the 2020 version?

I’ve got a Meta Power 29 and it’s been excellent. Based feedback from forums and friends, I’ve not seen a bad review of their customer service.

Yeh I’ve gone for the 2020 version hope it’s as good as the 2019
I had a e one sixty on demo from leisure lakes and he told me the customer service was poor maybe he was trying to get me on Merida band wagon

I’m sure it will be and then some ?
I actively tried to find some examples of bad customer service and couldn’t. The fact they pick up the phone quickly and are happy to chat is always a good sign.
