I have the 9000 version. The bike is a great all round bike. Not too slack to be limited but modern enough to be incredibly capable. Deore is solid componentry with great performance and you get 4 pot brakes and big rotors which is great. Fork is pretty basic though.
The E7000 motor is lower powered (60nM) than the top EP8 (85nM). You'll still get up everything but on the steep stuff you'll be working harder. It also has the smaller battery. Neither of these can be upgraded. But the bike is solid and you can up spec the rest of it, if you want over time.
Biggest issue is finding bikes that are in stock without waiting months.
I'm 178 and in between a medium and large (I ride a medium). Can't make your choice for you but I would think an XL would be right. Ask on the big e160 thread. More people there.
