Merida e-sixty 775 disconnecting issues

Does anyone in this forum face electronic disconnecting issues with e-one sixty 775 ?
These are great bike and I own them for the past 15 months. However, the local dealers can't resolve the electronic issues: they replaced the motor, the battery and the cables on my bikes, and there are still disconnecting issues in every second ride, lead to stop the engine, disconnect the battery etc and sometime the bike simply won't start again . At least 8 riders in my groups are facing similar issues.
The Shimano EP8 motor and the Simplo battery seems not to get along out of the laboratory. Will be happy to get suggestions from people who managed to solve these issues.

No. There is no Garmin connected to the bike

Did you try contact cleaner on the battery terminals and the battery housing in the bike?

Yes. The local shop tried contact cleaner and also replaced the battery.
