by watching either blevo or mission control while riding hard uphill
i am asking cos i am only just about hitting 700w on mine, I used to get 770-780 out of my 2018 1.3 motor and i thought the 2.1 motor were supposed to be more powerful

You can always find this data in the BLEvo ride summarize after completing your ride. There you will find the max supplied power. At one of my rides I found >700W for the 2.1 motor of the 2019 model with the latest motor firmware update. I think 700W is not the maximum as I normally never use the maximum assistance.

On MC, 780W is the highest number I've seen up to now.

The 2.1 gives a higher support percentage as the 1.3,
but I don't think the max power is higher.

I am getting between 702 to 725 Watts out of my 2019 engine and the Current reading in Amps is between 17.6 and 19Amps.

Just to confirm with you. The 780w you saw was using the 2019, 2.1 motor?

Probably the measurement of the power has been changed with the new 2.1 ?

Not quite sure what you mean.....
Can you explain please?

The info I have captured from Mission Control and Blevo are giving me the following readings.
Please note: Data captured for Maximum power output from either Mission Control or Blevo are virtually identical. As in, within 3 to 5 Watts

2017 1.2 engine, Maximum power output between 640 and 670 Watts

2018 1.3 engine Maximum power output between 740 and 790 Watts. If you are not getting anywhere near this figure you may need an update.

2019 1.2 engine Maximum power output between 695 and ??? Watts. This figure needs to be confirmed by a few more forum members.

Maybe the 2.1 Motor with its Firmware is measuring different than the old ones.
Who knows if the shown 780W are really 780W ?

I would say it will be fairly close, maybe 5% either way but as I said, I get very similar readings within 3-5 Watts if I use either Mission Control or BLevo on the 2017, 2018 and 2019 Levo’s
In reality, who knows for sure, maybe we need to put them all on a dyno? ?

Hi Dave, how many Amps of Current is the motor drawing?

The maximum my 2019 is getting is 725w - 19Amps
The maximum my 2017 is getting is 662w - 17.4Amps
@outerlimits 2018 is getting 788w - 20.2Amps

It would be interesting to see what reading everyone else is getting so we can compare?

You can find what Amps and Max motor power your bike is putting out by saving your BLEvo rides csv file. Once you have the file, open it up with Excel and look at column J ‘Battery Current’ and also column U ‘Motor Power’.
You may have to scroll down the page quite a way to see the maximum readings as the data is captured every single second.

If you highlight the entire column of J at the top of the page and do a ctrl/f you can put a value of 19 or 20 to find what you are looking for a bit faster.

I presume you have Turbo set to 100/100?
