What a shame, they made good wheels, but I think they stuck to the narrow internal width rims for too long. I suppose they would say that they stuck to their convictions and the market was wrong.

Sad to see. UST Tubeless was a genuine innovation, and the Mavic Ksyriums were a high value to cost wheelset (and bombproof) for many, many years.

Seems like it's an attempt by the courts to unscramble an unholy financial mess. Hopefully Mavic will continue to trade and come back out of this with some proper owners.
