Maintenance stand

Hi, I am looking for a bike maintenance stand for an e-bike, not to experience.
Preferred type is where the back wheel only is off the ground, any suggestions?

Get this one 100%
relatively cheap compared to others out there, strong, good adjustment. It lifts my rear tire but just leaves the front tire on the ground (at lowest height adjustment). Feels solid, bike doesnt wobble around.

That is expensive in my opinion and it's an American website, so you may not be able to get it in the UK.

How about this one? It does the maintenance job very well. I have had it for years and also use it for washing my bike.
