Hi
I appear to have a problem with the torque sensor on my e10
If I apply to much torque through the pedals everything cuts out sometimes only for a split second and then switches back on other times I have to manually switch it back on
Anyone have any ideas ???
Cheers

Sounds more like your battery BMS is cutting out, you may want to check your wiring connections or that the BMS can actually carry that amount of current if you have DIYed your own battery.

There are other simple things to look for as well, a number of people have found that they haven't inserted the connectors to a full depth, they look right but can be inserted with an extra push another few mm making a full contact.

I have seen also a couple of batteries with poor welding between the cell interconnect bars, under a high load the resistance builds up in the weld and all the load goes onto just 1 or two of the cells. Under load the voltage sags in those cells and the BMS trips out. You can only test this by trying another battery I'm afraid.

Be logical and change just one thing at a time.

@Waynemarlow you were correct I eventually stumbled across the problem connector it was the one behind the battery that connects to the on off switch, which I had removed early because it was causing problems 👍
