I first got this battery which cannot be turned.
After opening it, I found the control panel was detached from the main board.
After re-connection, the battery can be turned on, but another issue appeared. One side LED keeps flashing red and green. Pressing the power button, I can hear the sound of turning on/off. But the battery cannot be turned off now.
It has kept flashing for the whole day.
Does anyone know what the flashing indicates, and has a clue what can be done to fix it?
