This is an interesting question but I can’t answer for the space. Here are some thoughts. My 9.7 LT gear ratio is just perfect the way it is but I believe you want to derestrict yours. An 18 there is equivalent to a 45 regular ring vs the current 37.5 (2.5 factor for Bosch transmission). Your higher ratio will 4.09 (18 x 11) vs 3.40 (15 * 11) which is a big difference. If you ride on the 50 teeth it will be equivalent to a 42 with an 18 T ring which is still ok but the benefit of the 50 T is gone.



ANOTHER option is to change the cassette with a 10-50 then your ratio will go to 3.7 if you keep the 15 sproket.

I hope my math are good but not too sure.
