Hi all,
As above, specifically wanting the Darfon gen 2 800Wh (E4C0L) model. I googled a couple of German web shops that had this battery listed but neither were willing to ship the the United Kingdom. Can anyone with point me in the right direction?
Thanks!

My go to battery supplier is [email protected] forward him a mail including this info and see if he can help. Quick service and good prices if he can.

Got in touch with Herbert, very helpful guy. Did his best, but wasn't able to supply me with a new Battery.
He was looking in to the possibility of his company building me a shimano gen2 compatible unit, but ultimately was unable to help me unless I could supply him with a battery case, presumably from a dead unit.

Darfon themselves wont reply to any of my emails asking for contact details for U.K. dealer I can buy from, presumably because I'm not trade.

Probably have to get one from ARI cycles (supplier of bike) directly. Which will be a pain as I'm in the U.K and they are in the U.S.

Just responded to his PM @Jackware .
I should be able to assist.

For everyone else who's in the UK, essentially you need to go through Shimano/Madison. However, be advised that Madison don't catalogue the Darfon batteries under the same reference as Darfon.
E.g. the E4C0C/E4C0G etc batteries are under a different reference number with Madison. In the end, I had to play the game if detective. And find other ebikes which used the required batteries as a reference point.
Santa Cruz, Pivot, Ari (formally Fezzari & Ridgeback were some examples which came in handy.

I drew a bit of a blank here.

I suspect it was because I made it difficult for myself wanting the largest Gen 2 battery I could get.

In the end Fezzari got back to me, and said they had just got stock of a 835Wh unit that was compatible. So I'll go with that.
