Hi, we’re planning a 3 day trip to llandegla area in April.

Was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for riding spots,
Off piste would be good as well as the centre stuff. Also accommodation pointers would be nice.

When you have had enough of Llandegla, Penmachno is quite close. It's a constructed trail that feels very natural. I've not been for years so check it out first.

I love a bit of deggy, what i didnt like was the off piste, but thats me

One Giant Leap at Llangollen is meant to be ace but we haven’t ridden there yet as you have to be a member to ride at £30 each

Marin Trail (now Gwydir Mawr & Bach) is well worth a visit. Trails have a natural feeling to them and there’s a great jump / drop line towards the end.

Accommodation is quite tricky. We’ve stayed in Air B&B’s but nothing amazing and bike storage has been a challenge
