I’m thinking of upgrading bars, fork, rear shock and wheels on my 2019 Levo Comp Carbon overtime. I can’t afford to do it all at once so was wondering what’s the best order? I want to upgrade for bigger days out on more challenging terrain.

Whats the problem with the existing components? When I'm changing parts on a bike its all about speed, will the new parts mean I'll be a bit faster downhill. Changing bars and wheels aint going to make you faster and I doubt they will hold you back on challenging terrain (whatever this means). I have same bike and I'm riding mostly steep stuff down Peebles including the dh runs at Inners etc and the suspension works well. Not really sure their is anymore challenging terrain in the UK than up my way to be honest. If you just fancy changing stuff as your cash rich fair enough, it wont make you faster though, better to spend the money on some coaching or just ride your bike more.

I did a coaching day last year with Katy Curd and it was excellent. My brief to Katy was I want to go faster safer and she delivered on that. I would be looking for the same with component upgrades. I will definitely be doing more with coaching next year.

Thanks for sharing - did you do these in any particular order? Does the frame shield make the bike easier to clean?
Depends on what you feel would improve your riding the most, simplest upgrade is a new air shaft to take the forks to 160mm, cost around £50

I started with the 27.5 wheels +banger , the gel seat ,specialized contour ,neoprene mudguard and flat pedals.
With 27.5 it was really good with handlig but not too good in stability.
Then i understood it was too low on front side and i bought the 160mm kit installed with the proimpact kit with pleasure for my comfort and perfect balance of my bike handling and stability in dh.
Then i installed proimpact on the sock absorber and upgraded brakes.
I changed handlebar only for estetic.
After only 100km i broken a rear sprocket, so i upgraded to ex1 8v , i love it , i can change gear at any moment , during hard session and with high torque now.
Nanotec frame and rims protection is cool, i used the Wolfs Chemicals Nano Sealant Hard Body , i love it , nowit is easy to clean , and the product is durable.

Brakes, I went to XT's on the Expert and love them way more, I can hold wheelies for over a mile now and cant on the code r's simply because feathering is that much finer. Then maybe rear shock, I know everyone loves the dpx2... but the X2 is the better shock because of all of the adjustment ability. you really can make it feel just about however you want. lastly, a Lupine Headlight that is direct to the Levo motor power. Also you might want to tape the TCU so water can’t get in. Lastly, maybe some ice tech rotors because the will not scream at you and sound like trash when hard braking

How do you rate the Ergon saddle?
I used blevo app to unlock speed limits , it costs few dollars and you can reverse in a bit , it offers advanched settings too
Unfortunately, blevo "derestricting" doesn't work on most 2019 Levo's, 2020 Levo's or 2020 Kenevo's.
I love it, I couldn’t get my behind to adapt to the stock seat. The Ergon SME Mountain is well designed, great quality, comfort and looks. I am surprised there is not much talk about this seat. Rob seems to like it though.

+1 on that one! I have it on my (very short) wish list as the original Specialized is OK’ish but doesn’t provide much support on steep climbs. And thats even for a noobie like me...

Running a WTB Volt at the moment which is ok, the stock Specialized one is horrible. But it purely slung on for the weight figure. Keep hearing good things about the Ergon.

that bloody seat was the first thing to go... replaced with a ergon ebike saddle then I put some higher rise renthal bars on.
The only things that stick out to me on the 2019 carbon are the wheels and fork, I would like to replace those over time but everything else is decent

eAdamo can’t unlock 2019-2020 Levo. Been there, done that.
Interesting, although not sure if I’d want that thing sticking out my frame. The beauty of the much cheaper Levociraptor is that no one will know.
It's impressive that they've managed to put together an alternative TCU, but then again, maybe it's possible to use any third party Brose controller ? Does look a bit like something you'd put on temporarily whilst your configuring/testing. For anyone who rides like me (poorly
