Levo SL Gen 1 Levo SL/Kenevo SL motor squeaking

I noticed today that my motor was squeaking when I rotate the cranks backwards. Here is the squeak with the chainring off, which i did to investigate further, it only happens when the cranks are moving backward (and the chainring is not rotating) has anyone had this happen? got any ideas how to fix?
