Levo SL Gen 1 Levo SL Gen2 speed sensor error

Dear Levo SL team,
My girl friend’s brand new Levo SL Gen2 has a speed sensor issue. We bought it from the store in France and took it straight on for holidays in Portugal. Sensor is super clean (She never rode it).
Is there some quick check I can do on my own ?
Is sensor easy to replace if I suceed to find one where I am ? (I don’t find instructions on the internet).

that something the app told you? still there when you restart the bike?

Do you have the original wheel and rotor ?
I had this error after changing my rotor and the magnet was a little bit too far from the sensor. I just put another thin magnet on top (like the small round ones you find for fridge and office board)

I have an error alert on the TCU and the app is telling speed sensor error.
Bike is new and wheel/magnet are original ones.
