Levo Gen 2 Levo motor failure - great service from LBS

Wife's Levo died last week. TCU completely dead. Took it to Specialized in Stafford as I was working nearby (not where we purchased it from - Rutland). Called me later the same day to say motor was shot, they'd ordered another and it was all under warranty. Told them we didn't buy it from them (they couldn't supply one at the time), they said doesn't matter. Collected today, all good. Credit where it's due.
