Yes I have a Meg Neg conversion on my Super Deluxe, you can also do the conversion to a Deluxe, essentially it provides a bigger negative air chamber which the main noticeable effect of is more mid stroke support and a suppler feeling off the top, costs about £100 for the conversion:
