Levo Gen 3 Levo factory reset and metric or imperial, Black app

Anyone know what the 45 second factory reset does? How does it differ from the shorter reset? As far a I can see it just disconnects the Bluetooth which has to be paired again. What I am trying to do is to register the motor distance in imperial units rather than metric. My distance ridden is in imperial but not my motor use.
Additionally what is the micro tuning setting for?

Also does anyone know what the latest firmware levels are? Do they get automatically updated or is that a dealer thing?

I found out that to change from metric to imperial don’t try the app. Change it by programming the TCU directly
