Yep it’s a multi tool, it’s quite good. The clip is really tight, it comes down and out to the left (from memory )

Don't believe @fat&grey!!! That little box contains a Specialized GPS device that sends your speed and location to headquarters. Opening it will void the warranty and may lead to your arrest!

Yes it is ! I had to take the entire cage off to figure out how to remove the tool the first time.

i used an allen wrench to open the access flap a couple of times and it loosened up. by no means should you try to use your fingernails. don't ask why.
