Levo Gen 2 Levo 2021 riding without battery/motor

Hi everyone,
I have a Levo Comp 2021 and I recently relocated in a much flatter area compared to where I was before. I was thinking about selling my Levo for a normal bike but got too many adventures on this bike to let her go
Has anyone tried riding the bike without battery & motor? How difficult is it to take out the motor and how much time it would take? (battery as everyone knows is quite easy, just wondering if i can shed the weight of the motor but in a way that I can reinstall it without much hassle for the few times I'll go to the mountains).
Also is there any part available to buy that could be placed in that area to cover the then empty space?

How do you intend to attach the cranks without a motor?
In not aware of any bolt in bottom bracket

I don't know if there is any way to do it, that's why I'm asking. Didn't find anything about it so far

Probably cheaper to buy a decent lighter-duty bike than CNC a swappable BB mount.
