I used to race this series! Great tracks.Not sure if this is appropriate in this thread as non-emtb... A XC race - "Gorrick Brass Monkeys Winter Series 1" over at Porridgepot in Deepcut. Went over to support our son who was racing but tried to capture a varied selection of riders.
The weather was pretty filthy with lots of heavy rain (problem keeping lens clear of spots) and riding conditions varied from quite decent to horribly boggy.
GoPro 8 - 4K/30, Superview, Hypersmooth, BitRate High, Shutter Auto, EV Comp 0, ISO 100 - 800, Sharpness High..... Edited in Shotcut
Yes, the Gorrick races are pretty good and well organised. I ride Porridgepot quite regularly but it isn't open to the public for a lot of the time due to army training. Yesterday was particularly wet and boggy and I never ventured down to the "pots" by the canal which, apparently was a quagmire.I used to race this series! Great tracks.
Well i need a little bit of effort there too lol. My daughter is doing film studies at GCSE and is going to drag me along for editing lessons lol.Thank you, it does add extra edit time but my riding ability is not the best so have to do something to enhance the videos a little
