320, 600, 1000 grit and then buffing wheel.

Polished aluminum raw. It forms a native oxide. Officially, all my bikes are now this finish (except the DH bike... that got chromed). I have a problem.Nice ! The paint is crap anyway ... but this solution is something else . I was planning on to give my Trance a layer of black Hammerite or Rust'oleum.
Did you leave the polished alu raw or did apply clear coat ?
