Las Vegas trip and no trails to ride

I think I will be in Vegas sometime the middle of August, and I have been looking quite a bit on legal trails to ride but the only one I have found that is legal to take an ebike on is eMTB Ride: Rocky Gap Road and probably the furthest trail from Las Vegas
Someone on another forum suggested Blue Diamond, after a lot of searching and reading about some complaining saying that ebikes are not allowed on Blue Diamond
Is there anyone on here that actually rides an ebike from Vegas that knows better, I don't want to get my ebike impounded or get a ticket, or both just to enjoy a ride.
With so many trails near Vegas, if the only legal trail is Rocky Gap Road, maybe I just leave my bike at home.

I live in LV and technically most of the trails are not legal as most of it is BLM land, however it is not enforced. There are several bike shops that rent emtb's, I have rented and ridden Bears Best area and Blue Diamond with no issues. Waiting on my Decoy, like a lot of other folks ;).
I will say that in August the heat is extreme so you are going to want to go very early or late at night.

Temperatures are no different then what I get around here, but it would be early or late in the day.
People like to play cops out on the trails, do the bike shops say anything about rules and regulations when you rent an ebike.
So many nice trails out there maybe I just rent an ebike there.

The 2 places I have rented Giant Summerlin and Las Vegas Cyclery (Levo) say everyone is cool with it. Btw much prefer the guys at Giant, good group there and because of their service I almost went with Giant but like the Decoy better.
I think as long as you are not being an ahole (ex: going uphill on a downhill only designated trail) most people don't care. Bears Best is some great riding, just be aware that the trails aren't marked all that well so use trailforks or similar.
I think Mt Charleston they may be a little stricter and folks might get more upset.

McGhies rents eBikes out of their Blue Diamond shop so I would wager to say they are ok about using them on the trails out there.

Go out and ride in the desert and look for dead drug dealers or hookers, much more fun :ROFLMAO:
Haha, fun for some, but for me finding someone behind the wheel dead was enough to slow me down when I drive.
Death just isn't my thing unless its rats, ground squirrels, and the fish I spear.
