Lakes routes?

Heading up the lakes soon and wondering if anyone has gpx. Routes for the langdales area.
I've seen stopadoodle on yewchewb and looks canny but not familiar with there other than byways.

I'd appreciate any GPXs especially around Keswick (I live near Whitehaven). Getting back into MTB and aiming / hoping to do 'proper' long rides once I get a bit of fitness back !

Of course everything in the Lakes has been well ridden but it's still new to you if you've never ridden it before.

Borrowdale bash is as good as your gonna get or pedal around the bottom of skiddaw and up the top from the yha then down ullock pike, plenty of vids on YouTube for either
