Kiox problems with samsung Galaxy 10

I have the latest upgrade on my Kiox display

I have a Samsung Galaxy 10+ and everything is good when connect to the Kiox ONLY one thing not work on my Kiox- Phone
is Navigation
The Problem:
I choose one itinerary on eBike connect I ask to send it to Kiox all good I see the blue line indicate kiox received now if I let the phone on no problem when the phone go off the kiox disconnect from the phone and ask me again to choose an itinerary I know the problem is on my phone but I don’t know what to do I tried MANY MANY things still have the problem

You should allow eBike-Connect app to run in background and disable all power saving modes on phone, but keep in mind that Kiox navigation is depended on mobile network so if you ride in city it should be alright, but if you ride MTB in forest... forget Kiox navi, buy Garmin?‍♂️

I had really big problems with kiox Bluetooth connection to my s10 to the point that I just uninstalled the app and not use Bluetooth on my kiox anymore it was just too much of a headache for me.

Try update the kiox to the latest firmware version with the little speed dial in the top left corner. It also adds a little indicator in the bottom left corner of all screens that shows if Bluetooth is connected successfully, and then if GPS signal is maintained. (It will show either a ! Or a ?). With mine it kept alternating between which bosch said meant that the kiox was indicating the gps signal wasn't solid. But it was on my phone. Tried it outside etc, just kept happening. Maybe your having the same problem.

Have had ridiculous problems with the connection. If you stop and turn the bike off, when you turn it on again, then it wouldn't auto connect unless you stopped and re-sterted the bluetooth on the phone.
I tried the Kiox navigation a few times and completely gave up on it. worked at first, but if you stopped or started from another place than the loaded track, it would just go haywire.
I have now got a new Garmin navi.
Oh, the newest update on the Kiox seems to have fixed or at least greatly improved the Kiox connection issues.

I have had to restart my phone occasionally before it will connect.
NOTE: you have to start the "Bosch eBike Connect app" before it connects.

I have had also the same combo but with older Kiox software and had the same problems with connection. I bought used iPhone 5S for couple euros and connection with new software on Kiox work very well, but unfortunately elevation is ridiculous since iPhone 5S doesn't have a barometric altitude sensor

I´ve trieded several options, but getting only parcial or truncated data and stuff like that. My kiox was replaced under warranty(other problem) and I give it a new trie. It doesn´t like my Huawei phone or something. Can´t even get pairing ?
Give up ! :eek:
