Ride 3 weeks ago down to about 50% charge. Take home plug in charge. Unplug it. Three weeks later completely dead. Plug it in for an hour or so tonight. Light on the charger stays green and still dead.
Is it kaput?

Answer my own question. TCU out unplugged blow on connections reconnect and hey presto. It lives. The charger was green not because it wasn't charging but because battery was 100%. LBS is closed to end of June. But it's going when open as there's also a bit of drag in the motor, the pedals turn (are dragged round) in walk mode.

Re walk mode, I've only had mine a few weeks and walk mode is almost useless, is it supposed to pull the bike up the hill or just give a teeny tiny bit of support?

Walk mode works pretty well on steep stuff. It will pull the bike up the hill but the button is awkward.

On my shimano motor the pedals turn in walk mode.

Yeah they probably need to to turn the chain. Think I'm having goosed bike paranoia
