I bought a Kenevo a couple of months ago (The 2019 ally base model 27.5)
last week I set off for work and and there was no power ,it has done this before and it was just the flap that connects the battery to the motor.I went down the hill and tried it again and nothing.I got to work under my own power and phone the LBS up and took it in .They couldn't find any fault at all and everything checked out (but still no motor engagement).In the end they contacted Specialized and they said it was the motor and sent a new one out.I have had it fitted and started my daily commute again ,but the bike just doesn't feel the same with the power delivery.The bike feels very unresponsive in anything less than turbo.Before I was going to work on Eco and if I hit the trails i would have it in Trail mode but now I am using the Turbo mainly.i have the app set at 35/100, 50/100 ,100/100.
Now after a weekend of riding the manual bike I am tired so sometimes I do run it in Turbo to work ,but this morning I felt fresh and I still was alternating between trail and turbo .
Is it me ? am I used to the power now ? I don't know
