Kenevo comp battery won't come out

Hi. I have had my 2019 Kenevo comp for at least 8 months and I bought a new battery for it the other day so I would have two and when I went to take out the first battery for the first time it does not come out. Any one else had that problem??

Nope. Undo the screw & it literately drops out, with a bit of a twist at the crankend to unhook it.

I did undo the screw and take it out. It does not just drop out. It won't budge at all when I even try to pull it out after unscrewed.

Just yank it out.
There’s also screw down the bottom of the battery that you can loosen off a little. It may be gripping the frame a little too mich. a few turns should do it.

Turn the bars so the front wheel is out the way, let the battery drop a bit further, then wiggle
