Kenevo Comp 2020 shock question

Out riding today and my shock spring came loose started making a funny noise, tightened it up every seems fine, but how do you stop this happening and how you you get the right sag?

Just to clarify it was the spring collar that loosened

Just tighten it max. couple of rounds. If you don't get right sag, you have to change the spring.
Looser or stiffer, depending on what you need.
