Orbea claimed H10 to be 19 kg, which is hard to believe judged by my H30 medium out of box is 47 lbs (21.3 kg) and components difference doesn't' seem to add up to the weight difference (5lb, 2.3kg).

Curious if anyone owns Rise Hydro actually get the whole bike weight down to 19kg to below? If yes, what's your built specs? assume no pedals.

40lbs?? Not a chance. 19Kg by the way is closer to 42lbs. 41.8lbs to be exact. MAYBE they could get a super light H build close to that, but it would be a stretch. Probably closer to 44lbs which is within the range of "claimed manufacturer weights" and the real world. Bikes are always lighter in the factory. Once they escape into the real world, they gain weight pretty quickly.
