Hi all just joined the group I have mountain bikes for years and years, all over the country. Got a Trance +advanced e for Xmas 2022 from my son and just getting more used to it as I can now get up those steep hills in The Calderdale valley without having a heart attack! Still keeping my 2016 Specialised carbon comp though for those flatter routes with the wife .

Hi all can anyone advise what’s the green light come on for on my Giant Trance X advanced e+ it won’t go off even when I did a software update on the app. It isn’t affecting the workings but confused as to why it’s suddenly appeared !

Hi there not a bad idea it’s working ok and having read that these giants shut down automatically after 500 km for servicing then I’ll leave it

A wee bit of assist winching up the 1/2 pipe climbs of Calderdale is a win. Used to singlespeed Horsehold, Great Rock etc. Now paying the price and though living down in SW Wales now, very glad of having a wee bit of motor assist to avoid grinding out the last bits of cartilage on daft steep grunty climbs.
