So i'm joining the revolution and what an exciting time it is in mountain biking.

I received my first mountain bike, a fluo green Muddy Fox Courier Comp in the early 90's and have been riding various rigs ever since. Typically on the South Downs, but I have also enjoyed some down hilling in the French Alpes.

Age however has now caught up with me and my boby, especially my knees tell the story of all the biking, skating and snowboarding i've done, so not much time on a bike over the last couple of years. With that has come a loss in fitness and the vicious circle of limited fitness and less enjoyment on the bike, so less desire to ride has ensued :). Anyway I hope that is all about to change with a new eBike due to join the stable.

Love the Forum and am looking forward to engaging more and hopefully meeting some of you out on the trail.

Happy Riding.

Yes, I used to ride allot from Whiteways. Some good trails around there. Do you still ride up that way and have you found some new trails with your extended e'powah?
Yes I ride there quite a bit.

There are a couple new trails that have been put in this year give me a shout when you're free and I could meet you there.

My parents live on the Goodwood estate, always thought there must be some trails hidden away in there?

If you start at Whiteways cafe and head into the woods from there and explore you will find the trails.
Or after Christmas we could have a little meet up and I can show you around.
