Levo Gen 2 Is my battery dead or what is happening?

Dear All, I hope someone here can help me out.

I washed my Specialized Turbo Levo Comp 3 days ago with just the normal garden hose (soft spray), and after that i could not turn on the bike.
Now I just got a black TCU (i think its called that... the place where you turn it on). The only thing happening when i try to turn it on, is that the lights around the battery starts blinking in a distinct pattern green. 1+3, then 2+4 when i hold down the power button. (see images below).

Does any of you guys know what this could mean? And possibly if there is an easy fix to it? I bought the bike 2nd hand like 3 weeks ago, and battery said 100% health ok... so quite bummed out.

Thanks a lot in advance for any assistance!

How long after the wash was this test? Those Brose motors are known for letting in water and if given a bit of time can evaporate out and start working again. I'm not so familar with the Broze/Specialized situation so someone else can probably give you better information.

The same happened to me...

It's propably the battery-to-motor cable that needs to be replaced, with the upgraded version.
Take it to the dealer, and they will get a new cable for you.

Your motor surroundings seems quite dirty - I would take a compressor and blow all dust away, and then clean it througly.
Start with removing the battery-to-motor cable and clean it up - blow it with an airgun, so you get any wet spots out.
Mount the cable again, and the fault will go away.

The most likely area of water ingress causing a short is the motor plug end of the baterry to motor cable. You will not see any water ingress looking into the open plug as per your photo..............it is where the outer sheath enters the back end of that plug. It should be fully sealed but the V2 cable ( which you have) put too much strain on that part of the cable with the result that the end of the plug/outer sheath seal gets broken. In more severe cases the cap itself cracks. The solution is to get the V3 cable fitted but meanwhile you should be able to dry out the plug end and then use something like aquaseal to make good the cable sheath to cap connection and make it waterproof.

I think this is it! The end of the cable there was indeed broken a bit, and now after i put the bike back together it started working again. I'll take it down to the dealer and get them to go thru it - As i also during this found out that im still covered by warranty :)

Thanks for all the tips!
