Is a dual suspension worth investing in on an E-bike?

Decisions desisions, I have saved to buy an ebike - I have enough to buy a LIV hardtail Vall-E+3 27.5 Plus, but am transfixed by the dual-sus LIV Embolden +2 e-bike 27.5 Plus . Is this a no brainer, I'm 52 and I still believe I have a lot of riding left in me. Would the dual-sus be the wiser choice?

My wife has a Levo HT ( which is in the sale section up for sale) shameless plug lol.
Lovely bike to ride and due to extra wide tyres and running it to the correct pressures the bike is very capable and for trail riding is perfect.
I have riding it my self and having a Kenevo my self, I can tell you the hard tail is very plush.

Good luck with your search.

I have a hardtail eMTB - Cube Reaction. Handles everything well up until 'rock garden' terrain. The weight really clunks the back wheel over repeated big rocks. So depends what sort of riding you do...

Thank you, the difference in price is substantial, almost double in fact.. The comfort levels must be worth the extra in the long term...I'm not getting any younger :giggle: I did test out a hard tail Giant Dirt-E, even with the fatter tires I could feel every root and rut, although dirt road and well used trails were sublime. I could keep up with my husband and I even asked to pass him on an incline.
