Internal routed cables

For cables like gears, shifter-> deraileurs, are those cables easy to replace without dropping the motor? Like can you push the new cable all the way though the housing and frame or do you need to take out the motor? Same for brakes and dropper post. Thanks

You need to remove the motor. It's not possible to push the new cable through the frame.

Removing the motor is easier than you think:

1. remove the cover
2. unplug all the connectors
3. remove the 6 torx screws holding the motor and you're done

That's also a good opportunity to clean the whole motor body and the inner of the frame above the motor.
