Hi all - any recommendations on bike insurance?
Household doesn’t cover it (enough)
Getting basic quotes from places like Wiggle and getting figures around £300-400!
...but that does cover in the car etc etc etc....

As an add on to household insurance, LV insured both of my ebikes for £70.00. They were even able to bring up both models on their data base, and were insured accordingly. The insurance also included full European cover, which was more of an interest to me, and included theft both on and off the car. The only question asked in that respect, was which countries that I intended to travel through.

Be careful attaching to homeowners. I learned the hard way DO NOT claim anything on homeowners unless its substantial like a tree falling on the house or major water damage
made a small claim once and then had a water issue later and claimed that then my homeowners doubled almost tripled and the claim stays on there for like three years or some four. Two claims in one year will definitely set you back awhile
