Ive installed Sram Eagle AXS and the mech wants to over shift by at least 2 cogs on the rear and cant make the larger 2,
Is the adjustable in the setting on the mech using the AXS button?
the mech shifts fine across the rest of the block its like a swiss watch but the limits seem way off.
Ive adjusted the stop on the smaller cogs to stop the chain being shifted into the frame.

Any tips would be appreciated

I was about to type “Just sounds like your cable tension is way too loose”. But I’m guessing that’s not the case with AXS. Lol

I set mine up using a video from SRAM on YouTube. There’s a low and a high screw - and also one to make sure the derailleur is the right distance from the 1st gear cog... using the gap tool provided.

Once the limits are set, you can use the micro adjust on the shifter to fine tune. It’s really easy, and once it’s done, the shifting will be amazing!

Comparison between the 2 mech hangers 1 with mech 1 without. The one I'm holding is the original direct mount (2019) hanger, it sits about a hangers width further out hence the reason you can't shift to the 2 largest cogs.

Another thing to bear in mind. The standard SRAM Eagle e-bike specific shifter is labeled as such because it can only shift 1 gear with each lever press. I turned of multi shifting via the AXS app to protect the components a little, the changes are so instant with AXS that I don't need it anyway.

Thank you for the pics it’s exactly the problem and the distance is what’s required for sure.
mid read in the Sram bulletin about only shifting 1 cig at a time. I thinks it’s part of the problem with the e13 cassette too, mind shifted fine for about a week, I think the loads are too great for it and the shifting got ridiculously bad with the chain skipping all over the place. I’ve ordered the 2020 mech hanger so I’ll be impatiently waiting for it to arrive.
thank you again

Got notification that my hanger is due for delivery tomorrow almost a month to the day it was ordered (well one day out). Missed my bike all through the good weather in the UK, now it’s turned sh:(?ty I’ll be able to ride again.

Rode the decoy with the SRAM eagle last night, the shifting was a dream, hadn’t realised how bad the e13 cassette was even when it first worked, i think The di2 mech disguised some of its shortfalls.
I used less bike battery on my usual ride, didn’t think the di2 would have taken too much power from the bike, I‘d even left my light on for the full ride and used only 1 bar. The 2020 hanger is essential for upgrading to 12 speed.
The axs ran almost silent too, onyx hubs are my next upgrade.
