Increasing Travel on RS Revs 29ers

A mate wants to increase the travel on his 2019 Levo with Revs to 160mm but from what I’ve read, the 29er Pike/Rev chassis is already at max travel. Has anyone done the upgrade or know if it’s an advisory limit or physical limit?

Thats not a problem. Just replace the air spring with the longer 160mm air spring.
It's done in 10min.
Look for: RockShox DebonAir 160mm Air Spring Upgrade
Make sure that you order the right one! Model year after 2018.

Yes, I've done it on two levos now.
I like it a lot better with 160mm travel.

I have done it as well, a good and quite cheap upgrade as my Rev originally was without Debonair.
