I was just looking at a few downloadable docs for my new KSL and its states I should have the items circled in red (by me)

I didn't get any of these, is that correct or has the shop kept them?

Suppose depends on country of sale, and the booklet is just generic.

I would imagine the bike shop might of used them to assemble the bike or they are still in the box??

I don't know about Specialized, but I know some brands have two packages - one for at-home setup and one designed to go right to bike shops for assembly.

This reminds me of the plastic brake pad spacers used during shipping. If you purchase your bike through a bike shop you’re unlikely to see these or even realize you may need them when you transport your bike. I had to ask my LBS for these brake spacers. They probably have hundreds of them.

I’ve never seen assembly tools though (Trek here) but the quality is probably fairly low. A torque wrench is important and the basic “Swiss Army Knife” of tools is usually packed on a ride.

I seem to horde tools for some reason though .
