Iight activation?

I want the light function activated, if I go to a bosch dealer to get it activated what needs to happen?

I've got my bike deristricted for 2 years (problem free) and never had an update never got an an error , but if I go to get the light activation will they automatically update the bike as I don't want that?

I’d be wary of bringing in a modified motor. And I would think it’s certain you’ll get firmware update on the motor as a matter of course - there’s no valid reason not to.

It's your motor, so just tell them you don't want the firmware updating, there's no reason for them to force you to update.

So it's not necessary to get an update to get the lights activated?

It's just a setting I think, why don't you just ask them
